Bring colleagues or guests north from a Toronto office, hotel or agreed meeting point. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats up to 14 passengers and gives your group a shared journey to a resort retreat, lakeside celebration or wedding weekend. Smaller parties can travel in an SUV.

We can arrange an outbound group transfer, a scheduled return and additional journeys between accommodation and your venue. Allow roughly 2–3½ hours for many Toronto-to-Muskoka journeys, covering approximately 170–220 kilometres to the principal towns. Your starting point and the final part of the trip around the lakes determine the total. A cottage beyond town adds to the drive.

The usual approach is Highway 400 north toward the Highway 11 corridor for Gravenhurst, Bracebridge and Huntsville. Summer Friday departures and Sunday returns are the busiest periods. Book a one-way journey if your onward travel is already arranged, or reserve your return at the same time for a complete cottage or resort stay. Your return pickup can be on a different day and from a different property.

A direct transfer takes you to your destination and ends there. If your plans include a series of stops—resort visits, lunch, a cottage gathering and dinner—request a chauffeur itinerary with time at each stop. Complimentary child seats are available on request. Your vehicle is then arranged for the family journey rather than a last-minute change at pickup.

For a cottage stay, mention coolers, a stroller, golf bags or other bulky belongings alongside your suitcases. A grocery stop is easy to include in the itinerary: tell us where you would like to stop, and we will include it in the quotation. This lets you arrive ready for the first evening instead of making another trip into town.

A Muskoka event often involves more than getting everyone from Toronto to the resort. Guests may stay at several properties, a dinner may take place away from the main venue, and the return journey may follow a final breakfast or meeting.

We can arrange a main group transfer, smaller vehicle journeys and local transportation between accommodation and the venue. For retreat teams, this gives colleagues time together on the way north. For a wedding, it gives guests a planned ride back after the celebration.

Autumn cottage weekends and winter resort stays call for the same comfortable door-to-door journey, with a little more room for coats and outdoor equipment. Huntsville and the surrounding area are a strong choice for a winter break, with Arrowhead's seasonal trails and skating among the reasons to visit.

A chauffeur outing can include a return to your resort after an afternoon outdoors. For seasonal accommodation, arrange the arrival time with your host so the property is ready when you get there.
