Check in with the transportation desk using your reservation name and The Toronto Limo. The attendant calls your chauffeur forward, usually in approximately four minutes.

Your chauffeur greets you at the pickup area and helps load the cases. The drive then continues directly to your booked destination. Flight monitoring and the included waiting allowance are part of the arrival service. For a family, request child seats and space for a stroller before you travel. For colleagues, include any additional hotel drop-offs in the quotation.

Yes. We monitor the arriving Pearson flight and coordinate your airport collection around its actual arrival. Your included waiting allowance starts after landing: 60 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights. A delayed takeoff does not use that after-landing allowance while you are still in the air.

Possibly, but the correct vehicle depends on luggage size as well as passenger count. A six-passenger SUV may have limited cargo space when every seat is occupied. We can assess whether an SUV is sufficient or whether a Sprinter-type vehicle is a better fit.
