After collecting your luggage, follow the pre-arranged limousine signs to Door A on the arrivals level and the designated pickup area at Post A. Check in with the pre-arranged transportation desk using your reservation name and The Toronto Limo. The attendant coordinates your vehicle's arrival at the pickup area.
Once the desk calls your chauffeur forward, continue privately to Burlington with help loading your luggage. The standard pickup includes 60 minutes of waiting after a domestic landing and 90 minutes after an international landing.
02 — Terminal 3: Door A, Post 7
Collect your bags, then follow the pre-arranged limousine signs to Door A on the arrivals level, at Post 7. Give the pre-arranged transportation desk your reservation name and The Toronto Limo. The attendant calls your chauffeur forward. The vehicle usually reaches the pickup area in approximately four minutes after check-in.

01 — Downtown Burlington & Spencer Smith Park
Brant Street and Spencer Smith Park anchor a waterfront stay, with restaurants, hotels and the lakeside promenade close together. Arrive at your hotel first, leave the luggage and begin the visit on foot. A direct airport transfer is particularly comfortable after an evening arrival when you want the journey to end at check-in.

02 — Aldershot & the Royal Botanical Gardens area
Aldershot serves western Burlington homes, accommodation and visits around Royal Botanical Gardens. It is a useful destination for family stays and guests attending a gathering in the gardens area. Your airport transfer continues beyond the highway directly to the hotel, residence or venue.
If part of your party is arriving by rail at Aldershot GO, a planned station collection can be added to the itinerary.
03 — Appleby & Burlington Convention Centre
Eastern Burlington includes Appleby neighbourhoods and the Burlington Convention Centre. Visiting teams can travel from the same flight to their hotel or directly to the event, with an SUV or Sprinter selected for the group. Add more than one hotel drop-off if colleagues are staying separately.
