Arrive in Niagara Falls.
Make the visit your own.
Check in at a Fallsview hotel, begin a family holiday near Clifton Hill or settle into a Niagara-on-the-Lake inn after the flight.
01 — Fallsview hotels & conference accommodation
Fallsview hotels suit a first Niagara stay, a celebration and visitors attending Niagara Falls Convention Centre. Marriott Fallsview and Fallsview Casino Resort are among the familiar accommodation destinations in this part of the city. Your car can take you straight to check-in after the flight.
For conference guests, add a hotel stop before the venue if you want to leave the luggage. A Sprinter can carry colleagues arriving together, with additional hotel drop-offs included. The return to Pearson can start at the event or a different hotel after your Niagara visit ends.
02 — Clifton Hill & family accommodation
Clifton Hill and nearby hotels are a useful base for family attractions and a stay close to the Falls area. A direct Pearson transfer brings the children, stroller and checked cases to the accommodation in one comfortable journey. Complimentary child seats can be arranged before the flight.
Keep the airport arrival focused on getting settled, then add a separate chauffeur booking if the stay includes several attractions or an outing elsewhere in the region. A return collection from the hotel can follow checkout or the final family activity before the flight home.
03 — Niagara Parks & a first sightseeing stop
Table Rock, Horseshoe Falls and the Niagara Parks area are central to a first visit. If you would like a stop at the Falls before hotel check-in, include it with the airport request rather than booking only a direct accommodation transfer.
A fuller sightseeing day with several attractions needs a chauffeur itinerary with waiting time. You can arrange that for another day once you are rested after the flight. Attraction admissions are booked separately, and your chauffeur transportation connects the visits and the hotel return.
04 — Niagara-on-the-Lake inns & winery stays
Niagara-on-the-Lake is a separate destination from the main Falls hotel district, with village accommodation, theatre visits and wineries in the surrounding area. Book the inn or property where you are staying as the airport destination for a direct arrival.
< Tastings and theatre tickets are arranged separately. Your flight home can begin from Niagara-on-the-Lake even if you first arrived at a Fallsview hotel, with the final pickup included in the return quotation.A well-planned visit.
A smoother journey.
Timing, travel options and the details specific to this journey.
How long is the Pearson-to-Niagara Falls drive?
The approximate driving time is 80–130 minutes, covering around 120–140 km. These figures describe the road journey before longer stops.
The airport journey heads west and follows the QEW around Lake Ontario toward Niagara. Traffic through the western GTA, Burlington and the Niagara corridor can extend the drive, especially on summer weekends. The road then continues to Fallsview, Clifton Hill or Niagara-on-the-Lake. Your chauffeur handles the QEW drive while you rest after the flight.
Landing at Pearson and continuing to a Niagara hotel
Your airport pickup follows the flight, with included waiting after landing. Once you have the bags, check in at the pre-arranged transportation desk and meet the chauffeur when the car is called forward. An inside-terminal greeting is available as a separately priced option.
The road drive starts after airport pickup. For children or a party coming off a long connection, include a comfort or meal stop if you would like a break before reaching Niagara. Your chauffeur continues directly to the accommodation afterward.
A hotel transfer and a separate sightseeing day
A direct airport transfer ends at the hotel or destination booked. A Niagara outing with Falls viewpoints, Clifton Hill, a winery appointment and waiting between visits is a different itinerary.
Reserve chauffeur time for that day, with attraction and tasting reservations made separately. This gives the party time to rest after the flight and enjoy the region at its own pace. A group can keep the same vehicle category for the hotel arrival and the later outing.
Returning from Niagara for a Pearson departure
The longer QEW drive needs time before airline check-in, particularly on summer weekends or during busy commuter periods.
Your chauffeur can collect you at the Fallsview hotel, a Clifton Hill stay or a Niagara-on-the-Lake inn. Additional hotel collections can bring colleagues or relatives into the same vehicle before leaving the region.

Your questions.
Useful answers.
How long does it take to travel from Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls by private car?
Allow approximately 1.5–2.5 hours in ordinary conditions, with longer travel possible during QEW congestion, summer weekends or severe weather. This estimate starts after you are ready to leave the airport. Immigration and baggage collection are separate.
Can I go directly from Pearson Airport to a Niagara Falls hotel?
Yes, a private transfer can take you to your named hotel or other accessible destination on the Canadian side. Supply the full address, since Niagara Falls hotels may have separate guest entrances and loading areas.
How much is a Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls limo?
The Toronto Limo quotes Pearson-to-Niagara Falls as an all-inclusive private transfer. Vehicle selection, the destination and planned stops determine the fare. A direct Fallsview hotel arrival is a different itinerary from a journey with Niagara-on-the-Lake visits or retained sightseeing time. We quote the service you will actually enjoy.
Can we visit Niagara-on-the-Lake before checking into our Niagara Falls hotel?
Yes, a Niagara-on-the-Lake stop can be planned, but it is a detour rather than part of a direct Pearson-to-Niagara Falls transfer. A custom itinerary or hourly arrangement may be more suitable than a simple one-way fare.
Is Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls a good option for a family with luggage?
A pre-booked vehicle can take the family directly to the hotel without switching between trains, buses or local taxis. Vehicle choice depends on the number of travellers, large suitcases, carry-ons and strollers.
Can you pick up passengers arriving on different flights at Pearson?
Possibly, but separate arrival times can create significant waiting and terminal logistics. We can discuss whether one coordinated pickup is practical or separate transfers would be better. Do not assume extended waiting is included.
Will my driver take me to Niagara Falls, New York, instead of Ontario?
The Canadian and U.S. sides of Niagara Falls are different destinations. If you need Niagara Falls, New York, request a cross-border quote explicitly. All travellers must have the documents required to enter the United States, and border delays can affect timing. Never book a Canadian-side transfer expecting an automatic border crossing.
Can I arrange a return transfer from Niagara Falls to Pearson Airport?
Leave enough time for the QEW journey, airport check-in and security. Summer and holiday traffic can be substantial. A return journey can be requested alongside the arrival transfer.
Does a Pearson-to-Niagara Falls booking include a sightseeing tour?
An airport transfer takes you directly to the Niagara destination you have chosen. You can also arrange a longer chauffeur itinerary with Falls photographs, Clifton Hill or Niagara-on-the-Lake before checking in. That gives the sightseeing its own time rather than squeezing it into a direct hotel transfer. Attraction admissions remain separate.
What happens if my international flight lands late at Pearson?
International passengers may also need additional time for immigration and baggage. If your onward Niagara schedule includes restaurant reservations or timed attractions, avoid booking them too close to the scheduled landing time.
