After collecting your luggage, follow the pre-arranged limousine signs to Door A on the arrivals level and the designated pickup area at Post A. Check in with the pre-arranged transportation desk using your reservation name and The Toronto Limo. The attendant coordinates your vehicle's arrival at the pickup area.
Your chauffeur greets you there and helps load your bags before the drive downtown. Keep your flight number with your booking so we can follow the arrival. The standard pickup includes 60 minutes of waiting after a domestic landing or 90 minutes after an international landing.
02 — Terminal 3: Door A, Post 7
Collect your bags, then follow the pre-arranged limousine signs to Door A on the arrivals level, at Post 7. Give the pre-arranged transportation desk your reservation name and The Toronto Limo. The attendant calls your chauffeur forward. The vehicle usually reaches the pickup area in approximately four minutes after check-in.
Your chauffeur assists with the luggage and takes you directly to your downtown destination. Families can request complimentary child seats with the reservation, and groups can arrange a Sprinter so everyone continues into the city together. The airport pickup process is the same whether your destination is a hotel, residence or office.
03 — Inside-terminal meet-and-greet
Choose an inside-terminal meet-and-greet if you would like a personal welcome as you come through arrivals. Your chauffeur meets you with a personalised name sign, assists with your luggage and escorts you to the vehicle.
This separately priced option is a convenient choice for first-time Toronto visitors, families and guests arriving for a company or event. Select meet-and-greet in your quotation request to include it in your airport arrangements. 01 — Financial District, Front Street & Union Station
Arrive in the heart of Toronto's business district, with a direct transfer to Bay Street offices, Front Street hotels or accommodation around Union Station. Fairmont Royal York sits opposite the station, making this a practical base for a downtown business visit or a first stay in the city.
If you are going straight from the flight to an appointment, travel to the office in one comfortable journey. If you would rather leave your luggage at the hotel first, add that stop to the booking. Your return can collect you from the office after the final meeting, even if the outward transfer ended at your hotel.
02 — Entertainment District & convention stays
Stay near the theatres, restaurants and venues around King Street, the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The Ritz-Carlton Toronto and Shangri-La Toronto are among the hotels serving this part of downtown, with the Metro Toronto Convention Centre close to the heart of the district.
For a convention arrival, we can take you directly to the venue or stop at your hotel first. The Convention Centre's North Building is on Front Street and its South Building is on Bremner Boulevard, so your event itinerary gives us the right destination from the outset. A Sprinter works well when colleagues arrive on the same flight and want to continue together. Theatre evenings, games and major events can make the final downtown streets busy. Your flat-rate airport fare remains unchanged.
03 — Harbourfront, South Core & the waterfront
Waterfront hotels and residences offer a different Toronto arrival: the lake, Harbourfront and downtown's southern neighbourhoods. South Core places you near Union Station and Scotiabank Arena, while accommodation along Queens Quay brings the waterfront into your stay.
A private airport transfer takes the family and their luggage straight to the hotel or residence. It is a comfortable start when you are bringing children, several checked bags or a stroller. Your child seats can be arranged before the flight. If your stay includes a concert or game, book the airport journey and any additional chauffeur transportation together. Pearson is roughly 25–30 kilometres from the central downtown area. Allow around 30–60 minutes for many airport-to-downtown drives, with longer journeys during busy periods. Yorkville, the waterfront and eastern downtown each have a different final approach.
Highway 427 and the Gardiner Expressway are a common route toward the waterfront and central downtown. Weekday rush hours and major events around Rogers Centre or Scotiabank Arena can add time near your destination.
